Even if the surroundings are filled with concrete, adjustments can be made from the top surface using the embedded jacks. We guarantee flatness up to JIS Grade 2 (B7513: 1992). The sizes of cast iron plates can be manufactured as a single piece from 0.5m x 1m to 3m x 8m. The top surface processing can be customized to meet various requirements, including T-slots, key slots, tapped holes, scribing reference lines, and guide grooves for 3D measuring instruments. We can also add anti-vibration and vibration control functions or perform anti-corrosion treatment on the entire surface as per your request.
